PCC International Travel Registration

The International Travel Registration form allows PCC to ensure that travelers on college business are in compliance with the PCC International Travel Policy, and to contact college travelers in the event that urgent health, safety, or security issues arise that may impact them while on college business. This form must be completed and submitted to the Education Abroad Office at least one month prior international travel. The traveler/group leader must also submit a TAF following the normal international travel approval process (note this is a PCC Intranet link).

NOTE: PCC policy does not allow travel on college business to locations currently under
U.S. Department of State Travel Warning or a CDC Warning Level 3.  Individuals wishing to petition for an exception to this policy must complete the Petition for Exception to the PCC Overseas Travel Warning Policy, available from the Education Abroad Office. The petition must be submitted at least three months prior to international travel.
